F.A.Q.

Can I add employees from previous years?

No. The system only allows adding employees starting from the year the module was installed.
For example, if it was installed in November 2025, you can add all 2025 honorees but not 2024 ones.

Yes. All employee records remain stored by year. Users can easily browse past years using the year selector at the top left.

Only administrators can manage it by default. However, you can enable “Editor Access” in Settings, allowing designated editors to update the data without entering the admin panel.

Yes. The display adapts to your intranet’s design, and you can adjust colors, titles, and photo layouts from the Settings panel.

Absolutely. If your company recognizes teams or joint achievements, the system supports adding multiple honorees for a single period.

Yes. Each year automatically compiles all monthly winners and allows you to highlight one as Employee of the Year.
