Can I add past birthdays or old events?
No. The system only records birthdays and events starting from the moment it’s installed. However, all future records will remain archived for reference.
Will birthdays and events stay saved each year?
Yes. All events remain stored by year. You can easily browse previous years from the navigation bar at the top of the module.
Who can add or edit events?
Only administrators can add or edit events by default. However, you can allow editors or HR-level users to manage events directly if you enable that option in the settings.
Can I customize event types or colors?
Absolutely. You can customize categories such as birthdays, meetings, or holidays — each with its own color and icon to improve visibility.
Does the system send notifications automatically?
Yes. Fox Intranet can display alerts and reminders for upcoming birthdays or events, depending on your configuration preferences.
Is it mobile friendly?
